Order Information:


All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours (2 business days). Orders received after 1:00 p.m. will be processed on the next business day.

Payment Options:
You have three options for payment on this site:
1. You may pre-pay by one of the Credit Card options provided on our online checkout page.
(PLEASE NOTE: You do not have to have a PayPal account in order to use your Credit Card.
When using a Credit Card look for “Don't have a PayPal Account...use your Credit Card or Bank Account") .

2. You may pay through your PayPal account.

3. If you would like to pay with a Money Order, please contact us by email.

All product prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Purchases must be paid for in U.S. Dollars.


Shipping Information:
Shipping is via USPS Mail. Please allow 7 - 10 business days delivery time.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes


Return and Exchange Policy:
No returns can be accepted unless they have been pre- authorized. The customer must request a Return Authorization by Email: metro@theladiesofleisure.net. Please include your phone number in your email should we need to contact you. All unauthorized returns will be refused.

Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 business days of receipt/and or delivery of your shipment. All returns/exchanges must be returned to The Ladies of Leisure in new/unused condition with all original packaging. Include a copy of your invoice in you return package.

Customers requesting return or exchange are responsible for their own shipping costs.
All returns must be sent to us via a traceable method. It is the customer's responsibility to insure the returned item(s) in the event of loss or damage.

Refunds are made for the cost of the merchandise only and does not include shipping and handling.


Cancellation Policy:
Only orders that have not yet been processed may be cancelled. We cannot cancel items already processed for shipment. The customer will be responsible for their own shipping costs regarding any returns.
